Payments may be made Online, via Dropbox located behind City Hall, or In-person. Bank Draft is also available and can be setup Online or this Bank Draft form may be filled out and brought to our office.
This department establishes and maintains customer accounts for water, sewer and City garbage services, including monthly billing and payment collections.
The City of Bartlett also provides water service outside the city limits in most of the Annexation Reserve. Memphis Light, Gas, and Water Division provides water service in some parts of the Annexation Reserve. Note: Rates vary according to location within or outside city limits.
